So I said f*ck it. I'll do it myself.

I'm not here to sell you a detox, a 1200-calorie meal plan, or the idea that your body needs to be fixed.
I'm here to talk about what the wellness industry doesn't want to admit:
That fitness culture has a body politics problem.
That the "health" conversation is soaked in misogyny, fatphobia, and impossible standards.
That strong, healthy, happy women exist at every size — and deserve to see themselves represented.
I come at this as someone with an MS in Health & Human Performance, a decade of coaching experience, and a 6ft body that has been told it's "too much" her whole life.
I'm done being quiet about it. And if you're reading this, I'm guessing you are too.
